Responsible for a territory spanning Southern California, Adam Searl engages with Uline as a sales account representative responsible for identifying and developing new business relationships. The business-to-business strategy Adam Searl has set in place has been effective in generating $4.8 million in new item sales and achieving quarterly and yearly goals.

Attending the University of California, Los Angeles as an athlete and political science major from 2013 to 2017, Mr. Searl undertook internships with the financial firm Oppenheimer & Co. and the venture capital firm JUMP Investors. He also served as campus representative with UBER Technologies and boosted UBER membership significantly through campus events and social media outreach. Over the course of his career, he was responsible for the research, coordination, and implementation of large-scale events.

Mr. Searl’s accomplishments as a Division 1 NCAA football punter included helping his team achieve victory within a highly competitive environment. He practiced and trained as many as 40 hours a week, and was active as a volunteer leader with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In the latter capacity, Adam Searl coordinated homeless food distribution projects and he assisted with the regional Special Olympics.
